Who should charter one of our Ships?
Any company or organisation wanting to provide at least 700 guests with a specially customised event should consider a charter.  Companies who wish to host an exclusive private event are particularly welcome.

When are our ships available for charter?
We generally consider charter requests during our low season months of Jan - Mar and Sep - Dec.

How long are our charters?
We prefer our vessels to remain on their operating schedule so normally each sailing would be overnight.  Please see our timetable for more information 

How many passengers do your Ships carry?
Dependent on the vessel, we can carry up to 1,600 passengers

When should I begin the charter process?
Most of our charters are arranged approx 6-12 months in advance.  We finalise our schedules approx 12-18 months beforehand so please let us have your requirements as soon as possible.

What do ship charters cost?
Costs vary depending on what you would like included and whether the car deck/cargo area is also required.  When we understand your needs we will be able to give you some costs.

How are ship charters paid for?
The payment terms will be discussed with you at the quotation stage but typically involve a deposit plus regular instalments.  We will also raise a contract.
